I easily put my trust in Dr. Fara because he put my best interests first. Dr. Fara routinely uses Doctor Anesthesiologists and performs his surgeries in a hospital. I was amazed when I visited other plastic surgeon’s offices and found that my request to have either a Doctor Anesthesiologist or the surgery performed in the hospital was a “special request†and would cost more. With that information I made an appointment with Dr. Fara and also scheduled consultations with two other doctors later in the week. Needless to say, I cancelled those other appointments!

Dr. Fara's consultation was very thorough and free. He had the best photographs of patients before and after. Some of the other doctors did not even have pictures! He spent more than 40 mins with me before
his staff showed me pictures and explained the whole process to me. His office is beautiful and homey and I felt very welcome. After my surgery Dr. Fara was always on call for me (he gives his cellphone number to all of his patients and he called me the night of my surgery). He made sure that I was never worried about my healing. I got to know all the staff well during my office check ups. I felt I could call as many times as I needed to and was never made to feel a nuisance. I am completely healed now and am amazed at my results. It was worth every penny. I found Dr. Fara via his website, www.ccrsatlanta.com. I had my consultation with him, from that day I knew he was the one I wanted for my breast enlargement, even though I'd been on several other consultations with very good doctors in the Atlanta area. Dr. Fara sat with me during our consultation which was free for almost an hour answering every single one of my questions, many before I even had to ask them. He is so kind, patient, honest and really goes the extra mile to make sure his patients feel confidant.
The best part was that Dr. Fara was excited to do my enlargement because he felt that the results would be perfect, and that is what gave me extra confidence. I was not just another pair of breasts to him. I was a person. On the day of my surgery, he took marked me, and held my hand when we were in the operating room while the anesthesiologist was giving me medicine and until I fell asleep. He was very reassuring and not only did I feel confidant that he would do a good job aesthetically, but I felt safe with him.
I feel that Dr. Fara is not simply a great surgeon, but an artist at what he does as well. Today I am doing very well, no bruising, and am resting. Dr. Fara called me that night after surgery to make sure I was okay and to once again instruct me to take it easy, not to lift anything heavier than my purse, to take my antibiotics until they were gone, etc. I am so thrilled with him that I had to let you know. Dr. Fara Movagharnia is WONDERFUL!!!! I researched for weeks on who to go to. His patient comments were very positive. So I made a consultation appointment with Judy and she took her time to answer and talk to me on the phone about everything I needed to know!!!! I went from a 36 flat chest to 36 Full C or possibly "baby" D. I won't know until some more swelling goes down. I took Arnica Montana a homeopathic supplement that they sell at nature food stores, it really works!!! That is why I did not have any bruising! You will be constipated from the strong medicines for pain and antibiotics, make sure and buy some laxatives, they are life savers. Of course ask Dr. Fara before taking any other medicine!!!!
Dr. Fara used the Mentor Memory gel Silicone Implants 500cc on the left and the 550cc on the right. I had the incision on my lower areola since my nipples are very dark, and as soon as the cut heals I will start applying Vitamin E and scar gel. Dr. Fara is amazing, honest, caring and professional. He made me feel like I was not one of his “ Boob jobs ".
I just had my recheck yesterday and Dr. Fara was very happy with the shape and results, NEVER MIND HOW HAPPY I AM TO HAVE BOOBS!!!!!!

I had four consultations before my first breast augmentation. I chose a very reputable surgeon in the clinic across from St. Joseph hospital which they claim they do lots of breast augmentation. They were rude and snappy with me as to them I was another boob job in their assembly line. I was completely dissatisfied with the poor results. I then decided to have a redo, which is when I met Dr. Fara. I was impressed with the time he spent with me and the patience he had for my forty-something questions. He never once said anything bad about the other doctor, although he could see my undesired results. He performed a redo surgery. I cannot tell you what a pleasant experience (yes, pleasant) it was. I was VERY happy with the results. He made me look completely natural. Yesterday I had my six month follow-up.

I was excited when I imagined how I would look after surgery and scared to death when I thought about the actual process. I met other doctors, but never left those consultations with any certainty that I understood the procedure or what to expect. I spoke to friends who had liposuction and walked away with an arsenal full of horror stories! They told me all about the pain, swelling, misery and scarring. Most of them had ¼ inch to ½ inch incisions very visible on their bodies. I was just about ready to forego the idea of surgery, and then I met Dr. Movagharnia.
I scheduled a consultation with him. On the day of the appointment I talked a friend into going with me. It was her job to make sure I walked away with all my questions answered. I was his last patient of the day that afternoon. After an hour with Dr. Movagharnia, I had all the answers I needed. I was blown away by his honesty and impressed by his knowledge and experience. By the end of the consultation, every fear, every doubt, and all uncertainty disappeared. Dr. Movagharnia put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands.
I experienced some of the funniest moments in my life during this process! From the “before†photos in the albums to being prepped for surgery, I can honestly say I had a great time! Friends and family kept asking prior to the day of surgery if I was nervous or scared. I kept thinking I would be scared once I was being rolled into the operating room. But I never felt uncomfortable and I was never scared.
After surgery I was moved to a hospital room in case I needed to spend the night. Dr. Movagharnia took every precaution with me because my surgery took longer than expected. As I woke up from surgery I felt some pain and discomfort, but really only a “four†on a scale of “tenâ€. I remember thinking, “This is not bad at allâ€. At about ten o’clock that night, Dr. Movagharnia came to see me at the hospital. I was thrilled to see his smiling face walk through the door. He has such a calming presence and reassuring way about him. I even caught the glimmer in his eye when he saw that I was doing so well. I am happy to say I came through like a champ! I even went home late that night. Home sweet home.
Recovery has been so easy because I have done everything that Dr. Movagharnia instructed. I did bruise more that the average person but I never experienced horrible discomfort. Just seeing the progress after surgery makes everything worth it! Each and every day I notice improvements. It has only been four weeks and I am back in size 4! (By the way, I am still shrinking!!) The follow up appointments are such an encouragement. Not only is my health being attended to, but I walk away inspired to keep up the good work!

Bad results from cosmetic surgeries are more common that one would think. Having personally seen horribly rippled skin from some overzealous liposuction, I had flags set in my head on the criteria for choosing a plastic surgeon for my procedure. C. V of Atlanta - True patient care has become quite a cliché in today’s society, but when it comes to Dr. Movagharnia, it could not be more genuine.
I am a 26 year old male who needed a tummy tuck. The problem was there are few to no 26-year-old MEN who have had one. Herein lies the problem: I found thousands of women who have gone through the procedure, but not men. Obviously, this made me very apprehensive. So I performed as much research as I could on my own and studied everything I could get my hands on, but still could not find any research about Tummy Tucks on Men. So, I decided to go on several consultations with several publicly recognized Cosmetic and Plastic Surgeons. Each appointment I went on was the same: Talk to a nurse in the consult room for 15 minutes about the surgery, anesthesia, recovery, etc… the doctor comes in and looks at me for a minute or two, asks me if I have questions, and I am done. In and out in about 20 minutes and not to forget to pay the large consultation fee on my way out or in some cases collected before I was seen. I thought this was the norm.
I heard about Dr. Movagharnia through a relative, and went on for a free consultation. Dr. Movagharnia spent an hour and a half with me explaining not just about how the surgery is performed, but why it is performed the way it is. He walked me through step by step every point during the surgery. He told me that his full tummy tucks are done in a hospital and not in his office like other surgeons suggested. He told me that he uses real anesthesiologists only. He made me feel like his only patient. This was so inconsistent with the other doctors.
Dr. Movagharnia told me that male tummy tucks are uncommon, but he showed me the differences between this procedure on a man and a woman. He showed me the attention to detail that he has during surgery … that my surgery would take as long as it should to get the best possible results the safest way possible. He told me about all of the preventative measures he takes to ensure my safety during the procedure … something that the other doctors did not talk about. He told me that the follow-up visits are crucial, that I needed to see him as often as twice per week in the first two or three weeks following surgery to ensure that my body was handling the surgery OK. The other doctors did not tell me that. Do you think this is where the true patient care cliché was born? I think so.
Aside from a perfect surgery with a phenomenal result, is my self-esteem. I wanted this procedure done for so many different reasons. Dr. Movagharnia TRULY understood me and shares in my elation. The best part of all is that I have made a new friend … someone who I believe truly cares. Not just someone who says so in a brochure.

Since I was about three years old, I suffered from pretty severe year round allergies. Sneeze attacks were always the worst. I also experienced a lot of sinus pain and congestion. I tried countless allergy medicines, but the only thing that truly worked was Benadryl. The only problem was that when I would take Benadryl, I could not function because it would knock me out. Being as busy as I am with college and life itself I knew that my suffering had to stop.
Another problem that I had noticed in recent years was that the center of my nose seemed to be slightly crooked. It was nothing unsightly, but it constantly bothered me. I was always self-conscience when I was taking pictures or being recorded. I had a slight bump on my nose as well, and that bothered me from time to time, but not nearly as much as the crookedness. I had talked to my mom about all of these problems, but we were both scared to death of all of the bad things that might happen. We had also known people that had Rhinoplasty done and had horrific experiences. I did extensive research and somehow came across Dr. Movagharnia. I had a really good feeling about him, so I decided to set up a consultation. The rest was history.
Right away, I felt at ease with Dr. Movagharnia and his staff. They were all so very warm and inviting. Dr. Movagharnia really listened to each and every concern my mom and I had, and explained the entire procedure in a way we could easily understand. My main concerns were looking over done and being put under. However, when he stressed the point that he creates a nose to fit each unique face he works on, and that he only uses doctors to perform anesthesia, I knew I was in good hands. That afternoon, I decided to go through with it.
The day of surgery came and went, and although it wasn’t the most pleasant of times, my condition was never bad at all. I never fully bruised and I was never in too much pain. I was actually off the pain pills within a couple of days. I also learned from my mom that my surgery turned out to be more complicated than planned. However, Dr. Movagharnia did not quit until everything was perfect. Within less than two weeks, I was just about back to my normal self. People could not believe that I had gone through all that I did. It was phenomenal! I have not had to take any allergy medicine since and it feels fantastic!
Now here I am less than five months after surgery, and I look and feel fabulous! There is no visible scar and only minor puffiness. I have run into so many people and they do not have any idea that I have had a nose job. All the changes that happened, and yet I still look in the mirror and see me. The only difference is, it is a better me! I love my new look. I am no longer worried about taking pictures or people seeing me from the side.
My confidence is so great now and I feel as though a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. It was such a small step for such a remarkable experience, and an even better ending!
Dr. Movagharnia’s expertise and perfection are undoubtedly unsurpassed. From beginning to end, he has been with me every step of the way. The time he has taken with me in each follow-up visit to ensure optimal recovery is so encouraging. He has a passion for his work and takes much pride in it. Even more importantly however, he has just as much passion and pride in his patients. He is absolutely the finest doctor I have ever known or heard of. sweetest staff, the best prices, and he will give you the best results. My eyelid surgery has taken years off my
face. He did an upper and lower eyelid lift and injected Botox into my frown lines. My gym was showing his before
and after pictures on their TV and since my surgery I have learned from other gym members that they have visited
his office as well. Some things can't be fixed in the gym.
